SHIPPING AND HANDLING

FREE SHIPPING
is offered on all Canadian orders of $75 and all US orders of $100 or more. Amount must be on one single order and calculated before taxes and shipping.

After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.

Once you place an order you will receive an email showing your credit card was charged by Parkview Hills Skin Care. Your bank statement will show the charge as being from Parkview Hills Skin Care. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped by Canada Post unless otherwise arranged. Shipping times vary and can take up to 10 business days.

For International orders, we charge the actual cost of shipping and do not add any additional handling charges. We use Canada Post which is very economical. Once Canada Post determines the cost for shipping your order, we will add this amount to your invoice. Please feel free to email us with any shipping questions you may have. Thank you again for your order.

RETURNS

As a customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.

If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product once we receive the original product back, in the original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed material.

If the product produced an irregular skin reaction, you may return the Eminence product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a refund minus a 20% processing fee within 30 days of delivery. Product must be at least 75% full. Returns within 30 days for any unopened products or exchanges for a different product are subject to a 20% processing fee. We will only accept products that were purchased from buygreenskincare.com or Parkview Hills Skin Care.

All returns must contain your original invoice along with an authorization number that we have provided in advance.

To receive your authorization number, contact us by email at info@buygreenskincare.com. Once we review the request for your return(s) we will contact you.

When making a return, we recommend that you use a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail. Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you via phone or e-mail and process your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges.
